Overview
Scott J. Orille brings years of experience in litigation and transactional matters to benefit his clients. He represents clients in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate matters including:
- Development projects.
- Land use proceedings, structuring transactions, title matters, and litigation matters.
- Commercial and business litigation and transactions.
- Corporate structuring and governance matters.
Scott also defends and resolves real estate title claims and assists clients in the acquisition, sales, leasing, site development, platting, and lot configuration of their properties.

- Pharmacies and pharmacy owners concerning FDA, DEA, and EFA requirements.
- Liquor permit holders’ compliance with the Ohio Liquor (OHLQ) distribution and sales guidelines.
- Due diligence process and the sophisticated loan documentation for cannabis licensees and secured creditors to the cannabis industry.
